“The purpose of the Foundation is to promote and support academic and athletic growth for individuals including college level students. This will be accomplished by sponsoring athletic and fitness-oriented activities, as well as providing annual scholarships for educational pursuits."

In Memory of Dernell

This Foundation was formed in memory of Dernell Renauld Stenson: son, brother, father, and friend. In his short life, he touched many lives, and this Foundation was established to remember him and the excellence that he strived for on and off the field.
